Development Coordinator (Fundraiser)

Summary

LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of youth-HIV leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and donor engagement activities
• Assist with grant writing, tracking, and reporting
• Maintain donor and fundraising databases
• Help plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
• Communicate with donors, sponsors, and community partners
• Prepare reports, emails, and promotional materials
• Work with the team to meet fundraising goals

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience with administration or fundraising (an asset)
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, or community development
