Summary
LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of youth-HIV leaders.
Responsibilities
-Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and emails to current and former LetsStopAIDS supporters, as well as new leads, introducing yourself as a representative of our team. Your goal is to re-engage them in our mission.
-Data Collection: Gather valuable information during your conversations to help us better understand our supporters' needs and preferences. Record their responses accurately to tailor our future communications and engagement strategies.
-Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with our supporters, serving as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact. Your efforts will help foster a stronger sense of community and support for LetsStopAIDS.
-Follow-Up Management: Assist in managing follow-up actions, set reminders, and maintain a structured schedule to ensure timely engagement with prospective donors.
Qualifications
-Great Communicator: You are comfortable making outbound calls and emails, engaging with members of the public, and building relationships.
-Empathetic Listener: You have the ability to listen actively and understand our supporters' experiences and interests.
-Detail-Oriented: You are thorough in documenting interactions and can manage follow-up tasks efficiently.
-Motivated and Enthusiastic: You are passionate about LetsStopAIDS' mission and eager to make a positive impact
-Comfortable with Technology: Basic familiarity with CRM systems (we use Salesforce) is a plus, but training will be provided.
Dedication
This role will require a minimum of 10-15 hours a week (in-person or hybrid).
