Summary

As the Videographer for the conference, you will be the gateway to tell the story of young advocates from all across the world. We are looking for someone with strong video-editing ability and proven experience as a videographer & video editor.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots, including setup, lighting, and if necessary audio capture.

- Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and deliverables outlined in the contract

- If necessary, be able to add graphics, animations, sound effects, music and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.

- Ensure timely delivery of finished videos while maintaining high production standards.

- Allow for edits according to the agreed upon number of edits per deliverable

- Maintain and organize video equipment, software, and files.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience in videography, evidenced by a robust portfolio highlighting previous projects. They are adept in utilizing video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Their expertise extends to camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording, underscoring their comprehensive understanding of visual production. With a keen creative flair, they can craft captivating visual narratives from conceptualization to execution. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure seamless project management. Their effective communication and collaborative prowess facilitate smooth teamwork, while their ability to work independently on multiple projects demonstrates self-reliance. They exhibit adaptability in navigating evolving priorities and project demands. Proficiency in both English and German languages is essential for effective communication within the team.
