Summary
LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of youth-HIV leaders.
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks and systems for all National programmes and initiatives.
-Lead and manage the M&E team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
-Oversee the design and execution of baseline assessments, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations.
-Ensure the collection, analysis, and reporting of high-quality data to inform programme improvements and strategic decisions.
-Produce comprehensive, high-quality, and user-friendly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-Collaborate with project teams to integrate M&E activities into programme design and implementation.
-Facilitate training sessions and capacity-building workshops on M&E best practices for staff and volunteers.
-Provide technical expertise and guidance on data visualization efforts to enhance data interpretation and presentation.
-Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in M&E within the sector.-Represent LetsStopAIDS at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to share insights and learnings from our M&E work.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the National Manager.
Qualifications
You have strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization, you will translate complex data into actionable insights. An advanced degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field would be considered an Asset, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior M&E role, preferably within the non-profit or public health sector.
Experienced leadership and team management skills. with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality technical and storytelling reports. You have demonstrated expertise in data visualization techniques and tools.

Dedication
The role will require 10-15 5 hours per week and the successful candidate may choose to work remotely, however, the different tasks involved may sometimes require irregular volunteer hours, particularly in times of need.
